As Product Specialist, you’ll sit at the centre of our AI product function—helping to shape, deliver, and scale solutions that make a real difference to how our lawyers and teams operate. From emerging tools to embedded workflows, you’ll connect innovation with practical application, ensuring our AI portfolio delivers meaningful, measurable value.

 

Working closely with the AI Product Manager, you’ll contribute across the full product lifecycle—combining curiosity, structure, and delivery focus to keep us moving at pace in a fast-evolving space.

 

Position responsibilities

 

  • Support the day-to-day management of AI products, including feature evaluation, release tracking, and prioritisation.
  • Drive product adoption, developing training, guidance, and communications that bring users with you.
  • Act as a key point of contact for user queries and workflow support, resolving issues and enabling effective use.
  • Contribute to roadmap development and backlog management, supporting structured, agile delivery.
  • Build strong relationships across the firm, translating technical detail into clear, actionable insight.

 

Experience, skills, and qualifications

 

  • Strong organisational capability, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver with consistency.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Genuine interest in AI and its real-world application within professional services.
