Position summary

 

iManage sits at the core of how we work—how we structure knowledge, collaborate at pace, and safeguard what matters most. It’s business critical. As Product Specialist, you’ll be at the centre of its evolution.

 

Working shoulder to shoulder with the Product Manager, you’ll shape how the platform performs today—and where it goes next. From configuration and governance to adoption and continuous improvement, you’ll connect strategy with delivery, ensuring the platform is secure, stable, and delivering real value across the firm.

 

This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond administration—to influence, optimise, and elevate how a global business uses a critical technology.

 

Position responsibilities

 

  • Own the configuration and administration of the iManage platform, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
  • Lead issue identification and resolution, maintaining platform health and resilience.
  • Drive feature adoption, from release assessment through to firmwide rollout.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver training, guidance, and engagement initiatives that embed best practice.

  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with pace and precision.
  • Clear, confident communicator—able to translate technical concepts for a broad audience.
