Position summary

As part of our highly regarded Employment, Pensions and Mobility team, you'll join a collaborative immigration practice supporting businesses, entrepreneurs, founders and high-net-worth individuals from around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in immigration within a leading transatlantic law firm. 

 

Position responsibilities

 

  • Prepare Certificates of Sponsorship and manage requests and updates through the Sponsor Management System. 
  • Draft sponsor licence and visa application forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Liaise with clients and the Home Office to gather information, resolve queries and coordinate application processes. 
  • Maintain immigration records and databases while providing research and administrative support to the wider team. 

 

Experience, skills, and qualifications

 

  • Degree educated (or equivalent experience) with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in immigration law. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills. 
  • Strong written, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under supervision. 
  • A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
