Position summary

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to independently oversee procurement-related contracts, from initial diligence through to negotiation and ongoing management. You’ll collaborate across business functions, ensuring supplier agreements align with the firm’s risk appetite, operational needs, and regulatory obligations.

 

Position responsibilities

 

  • Lead the review and negotiation of supplier agreements, including IT, SaaS, outsourcing, and professional services contracts.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including onboarding, renewals, and terminations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Legal, IT, and Data Privacy to ensure agreements meet compliance and security requirements.
  • Oversee and enhance the contract management system while tracking key deadlines and supplier obligations.

 

Experience, skills, and qualifications

 

  • Strong background in contract management or commercial procurement, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across a broad range of commercial agreements.
  • Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, data protection, compliance).
  • Highly effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
