Position summary

As Winston Taylor continues to evolve its AI ambitions, we are looking for someone to help drive that momentum forward, ensuring that AI initiatives are delivered in a structured, consistent and scalable way, and that the operational discipline is in place to convert ambition into measurable impact.

The AI Delivery Manager creates the engine that enables AI to scale across the firm, turning AI strategy into consistent, repeatable delivery across practice groups and Business Professionals. They will be responsible for providing structure, governance, reporting and delivery discipline; managing risks, blockers, dependencies and multi-team orchestration; ensuring enhancements, integrations and product changes land on time; and enabling predictable, scalable progression of AI initiatives across the firm.

Position responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end delivery oversight across a portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring effective planning, prioritisation, and execution.
  • Partner with Product Managers and delivery teams to manage backlogs, dependencies, and operational delivery rhythms.
  • Produce high-quality reporting, dashboards, and governance artefacts to support transparency, audit readiness, and executive decision-making.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring successful outcomes across all AI workstreams.

Experience, skills, and qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering digital projects or programs within a technology-led, professional services, or similar fast-paced environment, working closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, and delivery functions.
  • Strong delivery management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage priorities and dependencies, and provide clear, structured reporting to stakeholders.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, dashboards, and executive-level reporting, alongside a proactive approach to identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in evolving environments and build effective relationships across technical and non-technical teams, supported by a genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
